We’re hiring enterprise/complex sales professionals with at least 2 to 3 years experience and a proven track record exceeding quotas, who aren’t afraid of hard work and have plenty of energy and an unrelenting entrepreneurial spirit to join our Santa Monica-based, start-up.

Are you ambitious, results-oriented, and looking to advance your career to the next level? If so, let’s get together and talk.

You’ll focus on new account acquisition, researching prospects, identifying and confirming key decision-makers, nurturing leads and driving sales cycles from open to close.

If you:

    • Have 2 to 3 years of direct sales, telesales, or sales support experience, preferably in the compliance/B2B or insurance industry
    • Are fast and proficient at gathering intelligence through primary and secondary sources
    • Have an understanding of social media marketing, corporate training and human resources
    • Have experience and are comfortable prospecting/cold-calling
    • Are able to identify problems and recommend solutions that articulate the link between customer problems/initiatives and training/education solutions
    • Are self-motivated, hard-working and operate with a high sense of urgency
    • Have experience using teleconferencing, screen sharing and sales CRM systems
